1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, such as your name, email address, phone number, and project details when you fill out our contact form. We may also collect technical data like browser type, IP address, and pages visited through standard analytics tools.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to respond to inquiries, provide services, communicate about projects, and improve our website. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Barrzen Email (product privacy)
When you use Barrzen Email, we act as a processor for personal data you submit to the service (for example mailbox content, recipient addresses, and delivery events). You remain the controller for that data and determine the purposes of processing. All Barrzen Email servers that store and process customer mail data are hosted in Europe. Named countries, data centres, and authorised subprocessors are documented in your completedData Processing Agreementannexes.
Barrzen Email is GDPR compliant. We support retention controls, export and deletion workflows, access controls, encryption in transit and at rest, and authentication (including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC setup). Exact retention periods, breach-notification targets, and technical measures appear as completed fields in the signed DPA — placeholders on the public template must be filled before the agreement is binding.
Sales and support contacts for Barrzen (for example the address shown on our contact page) identify our commercial team and do not change the EU hosting location of Barrzen Email infrastructure.

Our website may use cookies to enhance user experience and analyze traffic. You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences.
5. Data Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information. For Barrzen Email, security measures are further described in DPA Annex III and confirmed during onboarding. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, update, or request deletion of your personal information. For website and sales inquiries, contact us at [email protected]. For personal data processed in Barrzen Email on behalf of a customer organisation, please contact that organisation (the controller) first; we assist controllers under our DPA.
