General
General questions
The basics about who we are and how we work with clients.
Early-stage startups building their first product, scaling SaaS teams that need to move fast without breaking things, and established brands modernising their digital presence. If you have a clear goal and a real timeline, we're a good fit.
Our team is based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, and we work with clients across time zones as standard practice — communication happens over email, calls, and async project updates, not just in-person meetings.
Send us a message through our contact page with a short description of your project. We'll schedule a discovery call to understand your goals, then follow up with a clear plan, timeline, and estimate — no obligation to proceed.
Services & Process
Services & process
How an engagement actually runs, from first call to launch.
Every project follows the same four stages: Discover, where we map your goals and constraints; Design, where wireframes and prototypes get reviewed with you; Build, where engineering ships in reviewable sprints; and Launch & Support, where we go live and stay involved afterward.
It depends on the service and scope. A focused landing page or feature can take 2–4 weeks. A full product build — a SaaS platform, mobile app, or e-commerce store — typically runs 8–16 weeks. We give you an exact timeline after the discovery call, not a generic estimate.
Yes. We start with a code and architecture review so we understand what's there before proposing changes — whether that's fixing bugs, adding features, or planning a larger modernisation.
No. Many clients start with a business problem rather than a finished spec. Our discovery process is built to turn a rough idea into a scoped, actionable plan together.
Pricing & Engagement
Pricing & engagement
How we price projects, structure payments, and handle scope changes.
Most services are scoped and quoted after a discovery call, based on your specific requirements — we don't publish one-size-fits-all rate cards because the right price depends on scope. Barrzen Email is the exception, with published packages from $10–$99/month.
Typically a deposit before kickoff, then milestone payments tied to agreed deliverables — so you're always paying for work that's been reviewed and accepted, not a lump sum upfront.
We default to fixed-scope, milestone-based pricing for project work so costs are predictable. Ongoing support and advisory work is available as a monthly retainer once the initial project ships.
We scope and quote change requests separately and get sign-off before starting them, so your original timeline and budget are never affected without your knowledge.
Technical & Security
Technical & security
How we handle your data, code, and technology decisions.
Yes. We build with encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and secure authentication as standard practice across every project — not an add-on reserved for enterprise clients.
Our Email Service is GDPR compliant and 100% EU-hosted, with a public Data Processing Agreement template available. For custom software projects, we build around privacy-by-design principles and can sign a DPA on request.
You do. Once the final invoice is paid, full ownership of the custom code and IP built for your project transfers to you — there's no vendor lock-in.
We choose the stack based on your product and team, not a one-size-fits-all default — commonly React or Next.js on the frontend, Node.js on the backend, PostgreSQL, and cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Cloudflare.
Support & Maintenance
Support & maintenance
What happens after launch, and how to get help when you need it.
Yes. Every project includes Standard Support at no extra cost, and teams who want ongoing improvements can step up to a Priority Care or Dedicated Partner retainer. See our Support page for full details.
Bug fixes for issues within the original project scope, email support with a 1 business-day response time, and full access to our Help Center — included with every project by default.
Yes, anytime. There's no obligation to commit to ongoing support upfront — many clients start with Standard Support and upgrade once they see how the product performs with real users.
Within 1 business day for standard email support, and same business day for Priority Care retainer clients. Urgent issues can also be raised directly through your project contact.
